The Latin American and Caribbean Studies Center (LACS) at the University of Maryland proudly inaugurates Caribbean Week from late April through early May 2023. Through panels, performances, and workshops, we center the Caribbean in collaboration with university and community partners. Caribbean Week promises to deliver a dynamic program celebrating art and culture focused on the region and featuring the scholarship of UMD faculty and of invited guests.
