LACS provides an Experiential Learning course (LACS 486) that offers university credit for internship or other unpaid work experiences.
The Graduate Certificate in Latin American and Caribbean Studies
LACS 486 encourages students to apply academic knowledge to potential career placements, and connects the university to area companies, institutions, and organizations, leading to the development of strong and mutually beneficial relationships with area professionals and community leaders.
